ADD JOY TO YOUR LIFE - Joy and color to everyday life!

Blog guest is Anne Karilahti, from Valmentamo.

"I use a lot of colors in my coaching because they are a shortcut to emotions and the subconscious. I sometimes ask clients what color their life is. I continue with the next question and ask what color they want instead.

When a new color has been found, the customer gets to think about what it means in his life. Someone wants peace instead of rush, and someone wants joy instead of completion. Colors are good to use when the customer doesn't really know what he wants.

Today you get to think about joy through colors.

THE COLOR OF JOY

Recall the feeling of joy. If your joy had a color, what would it be?
what color would it be?

COLORS OF LIFE

Take a moment to reflect on your life. Which colors symbolize your life
currently? How much color of joy is in your life

COLOR YOUR LIFE WITH JOY

Color your image with the color of joy and think about how much you want joy
your life?

JOY TO EVERYDAY

Think about what a happy everyday life means to you. List things that
can help you add joy to your life.

P.S. I ask myself in the morning what brings me joy today.
Today I thought I'd hang out in my favorite cafe and in the evening I'll like it
