Secure payment methods and fast delivery options at Frenchic Paint Finland

At checkout, you can choose from the following delivery options:

• Free delivery For a limited time: 5 pieces or more only for Peel & Stick color sample sheet subscribers 
• Free delivery to pickup point for orders over 170 EUR
• 5.00 EUR: XS package to Nearby pickup point only for Color Chart subscribers.
• 6.00 EUR: Post Nord, to service point
• 6.00 EUR: Matkahuolto Nearby pickup point (e.g., R-Kiosks and similar). 
• 18.00 EUR: Matkahuolto Home Delivery, message before delivery. 

Please pick up your package on time from the pickup point. Check your email for your order tracking information or whether a call is required before delivery.

In our online store, you can safely pay for your order using the following methods:

• Online payment with Finnish banks: Aktia, Danske Bank, Nordea, OmaSP, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Savings Bank, S Bank, and Ålandsbanken.

• With Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, and American Express cards.

• You will receive an order confirmation by email and can conveniently print a PDF receipt from the confirmation.

• Mobile payment methods: Apple Pay, MobilePay, Paypal, and Siirto.
  

Your Frenchic online store order is delivered by Matkahuolto and Post Nord

Orders placed by 2 PM on weekdays usually qualify for same-day delivery, depending on order volume. 

We recommend using Matkahuolto's own Paketit app (available in the Play Store), which allows you to conveniently track your package and change the pickup point if needed.

Please note that the storage time for packages has been shortened by up to half at some pickup points.

NOTE! Open your package and paint can with caution.

Please do not order Frenchic products that freeze easily to outdoor, unheated pickup points.

Keep your paint package warm even after pickup; please do not leave water-based paints that freeze easily, for example, in a cold car during a shopping trip. Frozen or frost-damaged paint is not recommended for use.

We do not compensate for frozen or frost-damaged paint.
