While it is very unlikely that you want to return the products you purchased from this online store, if so, please do so within 14 days of the date of purchase and follow the instructions below.
1. Email us at
moi@frenchicpaint.fi about RETURN [Order number], and let us know in a message that you want to return one (or more) of your products. You can find the invoice number for your order in the email we sent you when the product was purchased.
2. Return the product. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging without damage or markings. Please note that you will pay for the return and replacement of the product yourself. You are also responsible for the cost if the product is damaged or lost during the return. Attach to return: your full name, address, phone number, email. Once the product has been received from us, we will contact you again and notify you that the product has been received and take the necessary action.
Note. an undelivered package / returned shipment is not a return.
