We deliver Frenchic Paint® to Finland, Estonia, Sweden and Denmark.
Please make sure you have provided your address, email, and phone number correctly for package delivery.
You will receive an automatic email notification about the shipment, and the tracking code can be found in your order confirmation. The accuracy of address and name information is the customer's responsibility.
Orders are processed in the order they are received, and your package will be sent to you quickly, at the latest within 2-3 business days for shipping. We strive for fast delivery, but please note that packages do not move on public holidays or weekends.
If the selected carrier cannot reach the recipient during home delivery, your package will likely be taken to the nearest pickup point. The tracking code shows where your package is - you can call the local pickup point or download Matkahuolto's own app, where you can change the pickup point yourself and track your package. The app is available in the Play Store. The tracking code is in the order confirmation, which is sent automatically to your email; please check your spam folder.
Check the product tab: "Delivery methods" to see if your chosen delivery includes a call or notification about the shipment. Not all home delivery options include a call in advance or notification to the customer. Notification services are handled by the selected carrier, for example, Matkahuolto.
If you do not receive your shipment and have not received a tracking code by email (check your spam folder), please email us, and we will help you trace the package.
Please remember that shipments do not move on weekends, and many locations have significantly shortened the storage time for uncollected packages.
An uncollected package/returned shipment can be resent for a fee of 25 euros for shipping costs paid.
An uncollected package / returned shipment is not a return.
We use as much recycled material as possible for packaging.
The plastic films, Frenchic bags, packing cushions, etc. we use for packaging are largely eco-friendly materials. We pack even small purchases into packages because our customers want fast delivery; letter mail takes longer to reach the customer and cannot be tracked.
Important:Please remember to keep paint that is sensitive to freezing away from extreme temperatures both in summer and winter after you have picked up the package - do not leave the paint, for example, in a cold car or in direct sunlight. We do not compensate for paint that has frozen. When opening packages containing liquids, it is recommended to exercise normal caution.

GOODS DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT CLAIMS
The sender is not responsible in any way for the actions of the chosen Carrier.
Verification, tracking, tracing, and receipt responsibility of the shipment delivery information always lies with the recipient.
The sender is not liable for lost or delayed shipments.
An uncollected shipment is not a return.
Return of reshipped products or exchange/compensation for transport-damaged products is not possible.
For return inquiries, contact the sender by email and specify the items, quantities, and damage in the message. Attach photos.
Pickup from Warehouse Store
Please try to collect your order as soon as possible.
Pickup orders must be collected no later than one week (7 days) from the order date. A reprocessing and storage fee of 25 EUR applies if the order remains uncollected at the pickup location for more than 7 days, up to a maximum of 30 days. The order will be released once the storage fee is paid. We do not store uncollected or pickup orders for more than a month due to space limitations.
Products cannot be returned without shipment-specific approval.
In possible returns, the condition of the products must be considered: only products that are unused, flawless, and in their original packaging can be returned.
Please note that we only refund the price of saleable and flawless products, not the delivery costs. If the returned products arrive at the warehouse damaged and with transport damage, we will not refund the products.
The right of return does not apply to Color Charts, Color Guides, or Peel & Stick color samples.
Products are returned to the place of purchase where the customer acquired them, and the return is handled by the company that sold the products to the customer.
The customer is responsible for the costs arising from the return and any possible transport damages. If the products are inadequately protected and packed by the sender in the return shipment and suffer transport damage, the return cannot be accepted because the products are no longer saleable. The return shipment will be inspected at the warehouse upon arrival.
A copy of the delivery note stating the reason for the return must be attached to the return. Delivery costs and products that cannot be exchanged according to industry practice are excluded from the right of return: products specially ordered for the customer, discounted and discontinued products.
Returns sent with cash on delivery, credit package, or post-payment will not be accepted.
The sender is not responsible for the actions of other companies, the realization of the chosen mode of transport, or the transport company's operations in any way.
Force majeure
Strike, lockout, fire, machine breakdown, lack of raw materials, official measures, or other force majeure beyond the seller's control release from the agreed delivery time. The orderer has no right to claim compensation due to this.
For example, a strike, corona, or other epidemic may cause delays in the transport chain or similar, which the sender is not aware of or responsible for. Weather conditions, especially in winter, can also complicate and delay both orders and deliveries.
Ownership rights
The goods become the property of the orderer once they have been fully paid.

In the Frenchic Finland online store, the payment intermediary service and payment service provider is Paytrail. You can pay securely with Finnish banks' online payments, the most common credit cards, and Mobilepay.

The package is delivered for pickup by the recipient either to the pickup location chosen by the sender or to the nearest pickup location defined based on the recipient's address.
Delivery time is 3-8 days. The recipient will receive a text message when the package is ready for pickup, so a phone number is a mandatory detail. The phone number must include the country code and its prefix, for example +46 123 456 789.
The package is stored at pickup locations in Sweden for 7 days and in Denmark for 14 days, after which uncollected packages are returned to the sender at the sender's expense. No free customer returns.
The shipment may consist of one package, with a maximum weight of 20 kg and a minimum weight of 0.150 kg. The maximum length is 150 cm, the length plus circumference is 300 cm, and the minimum dimensions are 14 x 9 x 15 cm.
