Any returns must take into account the condition of the products: you can return products that are unused and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the costs of the return. A copy of the shipping list with the reason for the return is attached to the return. Products that, according to industry practice, cannot be exchanged are excluded from the right of return: products ordered separately for the customer, discounted products and products that have been removed from the range.
Returns sent by cash on delivery, credit package or post-demand will not be redeemed.

Force majeure
