Key facts about the “Best Buy” award:
- Independence: The award cannot be bought; it is based on rigorous laboratory tests and expert analyses.
- Meaning: If a product carries the “Best Buy” mark, it means it performed better in tests than its competitors.
- Coverage: Awards are given across a wide range of categories, such as household appliances (washing machines, refrigerators), electronics (televisions, laptops), car seats, paints, and even services.
- Goal: To help consumers make sensible purchasing decisions and avoid poor-quality products.
- In Finland, the Which? Best Buy distinction is most closely matched by the “Good Buy” mark from Kuluttaja magazine (or Kuluttaja.fi)or a test win
