• If the prize is paint, remember to include the name of your chosen shade in your message
  
• If you and your friend are both awarded a prize, mention your friend's name

If you don't want to use the prize yourself, we can also send it to a friend - email us their full details.

Tip! Post a picture of your prize or of what you've painted in your winning shade! Remember to tag us in your post so we'll see your picture

The giveaway or competition is organized solely by Frenchic Paint Finland. Shipping costs are covered by Frenchic Finland Oy.

The winner has 7 days to email us and provide their details to claim the prize: this deadline is final. 

• We reserve the right to change the prize depending on availability, for example, the brush model or size, etc., without separate notice.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or swapped. We do not resend prize packages returned as undeliverable or left uncollected. Customers are responsible for tracking and collecting their shipments. 

Images or comments submitted for a giveaway or competition may be used to market the Frenchic range.

We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.
